‍The opportunity

First, we want to highlight that this is an opportunity for you to start your own recruitment business. We are firmly of the belief that the best recruiters in the world are more than able to finance their own cash flow. In fact we believe that the reason recruiting businesses are not more profitable (despite an extraordinary GTV and average revenue per professional recruiter globally) is that the industry is largely devoid of modern technology, meaning many firms overhire as a result - effectively the value for the ‘top billers’ is often diluted as they carry other recruiters’ poor performance, both financially and reputationally. We believe the ReEcho platform, which is pairing the best recruiter talent with modern technology, will solve this unique challenge.

You will be part of enhancing the standard in the market. ReEcho will provide you with all the tools and resources to quickly set up and successfully run a truly modern recruiting business. We see this ‘setup’ as analogous to the high end real estate market in the US, where many agents are now relatively independent supported by newly emerged, technology-first platforms (as an alternative to the traditional brokerages) with respect to front (brand, marketing, sales), middle (cutting edge technology and tools - including for sourcing) and back office (legal, operations and finance). Further precedent for this ‘setup’ can be found in the legal and ‘expert network’ world - which offer independent counsel on demand, providing people with flexibility and the ability to earn on an assignment by assignment basis.
